How is Shipping calculated?

We calculate all of our shipping by weight! This means all orders qualify for combined shipping & the rate. We list each item with their weight preloaded so shipping is being calculated correctly on each order regardless of how many or how few items you purchase.

What is your Damage Policy?

Please expect that plants might receive a small amount of transit damage (or plant shock) during the shipping process. However, if a plant or planter receives above normal transit damage, please send a photo of the damaged product on the day of arrival and we will happily offer a replacement plant or planter.

* Plants with cold damage will not be replaced unless a heat pack was purchased.

What is Cold Weather Insurance?

To guarantee your purchase, please purchase a heat pack as an add-on if your temperatures are consistently below 40 degrees!

This 72 hour heat Pack made by Uniheat will be activated and placed at the bottom of your shipping box to protect your plants while in transit to your delivery address. Once the heatpack is activated, this product produces steady heat to keep your plants alive & prevents cold damage for 72 hours. (Just enough time to get from our location to you via Priority Mail Shipping!)
