However, if a plant or planter receives above normal transit damage, please send a photo of the damaged product on the day of arrival and we will happily offer a replacement plant or planter.

To guarantee your purchase, please purchase a heat pack as an add-on if your temperatures are consistently below 40 degrees!
This 72 hour heat Pack made by Uniheat will be activated and placed at the bottom of your shipping box to protect your plants while in transit to your delivery address. Once the heatpack is activated, this product produces steady heat to keep your plants alive & prevents cold damage for 72 hours.
